Orders & Payment

1. What is the lead time for orders?

From Jan 2024, our revised opening hours are Saturdays and Sundays only. 

For our OMAKASE collection, next day collection or delivery on Sat/ Sun is possible if the order is confirmed by 10am the day before

2. What are your payment modes?

We accept payment via credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay/ Google Pay and PayPal.

3. Can I add a message?

Certainly! We will include a complimentary handwritten message card with your flowers. You can add your message during checkout.

Delivery

1. What are your delivery charges?

We charge a flat fee of $15 island-wide for delivery.

Otherwise, you are welcome to self-collect your order at our studio in Kembangan.

2. When is delivery available?

We deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. There are 2 delivery time slots: 10 - 2pm or 2 - 6pm!

For self-collections, we will follow-up directly to arrange your collection timing.

3. What if my recipient is not available to receive the flowers?

Our courier will first call the recipient and/or sender for further instructions where to leave the flowers. If both parties cannot be contacted, we will leave the flowers at a safe spot outside the door, or with a security desk. 

We try not to leave flowers unattended, so do try to select a suitable delivery slot!
