Orders & Payment
1. What is the lead time for orders?
We’re currently only open from Thurs - Sun and all orders will be fulfilled on these days.
For our OMAKASE collection, next day collection or delivery from Thurs - Sun is possible if the order is confirmed by 1pm the day before.
For our BESPOKE collection, please order at least 3 days in advance to allow for ample lead time to source for and/or pre-order your requested flowers.
2. What are your payment modes?
We accept payment via credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay/ Google Pay and PayPal.
3. Can I add a message?
Certainly! We will include a complimentary handwritten message card with your flowers. You can add your message during checkout.
Delivery
1. What are your delivery charges?
We charge a flat fee of $15 island-wide for delivery.
Otherwise, you are welcome to self-collect your order at our studio in Kembangan.
2. When is delivery available?
We deliver from Thurs - Sun. There are 2 delivery time slots: 10 - 2pm or 2 - 6pm!
For self-collections, we will follow-up directly to arrange your collection timing.
3. What if my recipient is not available to receive the flowers?
Our courier will first call the recipient and/or sender for further instructions where to leave the flowers. If both parties cannot be contacted, we will leave the flowers at a safe spot outside the door, or with a security desk.
We try not to leave flowers unattended, so do try to select a suitable delivery slot!
